Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Der Gesundheitsmarkt ist in Bewegung. Mit Inkrafttreten des GKV-Wettbewerbsstärkungsgesetzes kommen auf Anbieter von Gesundheitsprodukten und Dienstleistungen neue Veränderungen zu. Diese Masterthesis soll einen Überblick geben, was sich in der Vergangenheit getan hat und vor allem was sich ab April 2007 ändert. War in der Vergangenheit der Nachweis der Wirksamkeit eines Präparates notwendig, so ist mittlerweile der Nachweis des Nutzens hinzugekommen, denn zukünftig werden auch die Kosten mit in die Bewertung einbezogen. Die Thesis ist interessant für Unternehmen der Health-Care-Branche. Sie gibt einen Überblick über die gegenwärtigen Einflüsse auf das Geschäft in diesem Bereich. Darunter fallen das komplexe Entscheidergeflecht in dem sich die Unternehmen bewegen, sowie die sich verändernde Beziehung zum Patienten. Der Analyse über den Status Quo folgt eine Einschätzung über den zukünftigen Trend. Staatlich vorgegebene Ausgabenbegrenzungen, Nachweise über die Wirtschaftlichkeit der angebotenen Produkte und Dienstleistungen bei steigendem Bedarf von Gesundheitsgütern machen es notwendig die Segel rechtzeitig zu stellen, auch wenn der Wind nicht verändert werden kann. Die in der vorliegenden Arbeit zur Anwendung kommenden Methoden sind: - Literaturrecherche: Dies umfasst sowohl gedruckte Literatur als auch Quellen aus dem Internet inklusive von Newslettern diverser Institutionen des Gesundheitsmarktes. - Erstellung eines Fragebogens: Dieser Fragebogen wurde an Unternehmen der pharmazeutischen Industrie, sowie der Medizintechnikbranche versendet. Insgesamt wurde der Fragebogen an 20 Unternehmen versendet. Die Rücklaufquote war jedoch mit vier Exemplaren für eine sinnvolle Auswertung der Ergebnisse zu gering. He describes the much-vaunted “China Model” as one of authoritarian capitalism, a unique system that, in its own way, is terminating itself.
