Da un lato, il tema delle soft skills evidenzia la necessità di ridurre il mismatch tra domanda e offerta di lavoro. Dall’altro rivela come solo competenze agili, trasversali, relazionali e una predisposizione al cambiamento positivo possano offrire strumenti concreti per gestire il rischio della skills obsolescence. Da sempre Adecco Group si è posto nella posizione di capire che cosa sta cambiando nel mondo delle competenze nel lavoro. Capire e formare. Formare e orientare. Ma, soprattutto, valorizzare: è la sfida. La questione che emerge è, dunque, come valorizzare l’incontro qualitativamente vincente tra abilità e attitudini nell’ambito del recruitment e della ricerca e come farne la chiave di volta per affrontare e superare l’impasse tra competenze richieste e competenze offerte. Si colloca in questo quadro la presente indagine, condotta in collaborazione con Consorzio Milano Ricerche, Wollybi e Job Pricing. Ricerca volta a identificare le soft skill più ricercate dalle aziende e, fatto cruciale, a stimare il loro valore economico in rapporto alla retribuzione di partenza differenziata per settori. Non basta affermare che servono più competenze smart e trasversali, bisogna saper dare loro un valore e una cornice di senso adatta a comprendere quel valore: obiettivo che questa ricerca ha perseguito e, crediamo, raggiunto.
