Der Kern dieser Seminararbeit befasst sich mit dem Entwicklungsprozess von Performance Measurement Systemen. Es wird ein Überblick gegeben über Kennzahlen und Dimensionen, die für ein Performance Measurement System erforderlich und notwendig sind.
