Es handelt sich dabei um Texte, die Franz Kafka (1883-1924) nach 1900 verfaßt hat - mit Ausnahme der drei Romane sowie der Tagebücher und Briefe. Neben Erzählungen und Aphorismen finden sich in den »Nachgelassenen Schriften« Kafkas auch Reden, Vorträge, Rezensionen, Skizzen zu Einleitungen, ein Theaterstück mitsamt Regieanweisungen sowie der »Brief an den Vater«. Als Textgrundlage für die vorliegende Konkordanz dienen die beiden Bände der »Kritischen Ausgabe« der »Nachgelassenen Schriften und Fragmente« Kafkas im Verlag S. Fischer. Das gesamte Sprachgut der »Nachgelassenen Schriften und Fragmente« ist lemmatisiert, das heißt alle Flexionsformen sowie unterschiedliche Schreibungen eines Wortes sind unter einer gemeinsamen Grundform zusammengefaßt.
