Magisterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich Sport - Sportökonomie, Sportmanagement, Note: 2,7, Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel (Institut für Sport und Sportwissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Anforderungen in der Arbeitswelt verändern sich immer schneller. Innovationen, Marktveränderungen, Einführungen neuer Technologien, aber auch eine zunehmende Globalisierung des Wettbewerbs oder die wachsende Kundenorientierung beeinflussen die Aufgabenbereiche der Mitarbeiter. Das erfordert eine ständige Anpassung der beruflichen Qualifikationen. Durch diese stetigen Veränderungen gewinnt die Personalentwicklung immer mehr an Bedeutung, um berufliche Handlungskompetenzen zu verbessern. Dabei werden immer häufiger neue Methoden zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Fähigkeiten eingesetzt. Im Wintersemester 2001/02 belegte der Verfasser dieser Arbeit im Rahmen seines Studiums der Sportwissenschaften ein Seminar mit dem Titel „Teamentwicklung im und durch Sport“. Diesem Seminar folgte ein Projekt, in dem ein Teamentwicklungsseminar mit sportlichen Inhalten geplant und erfolgreich ausgeführt wurde. Daraufhin entwickelten zwei Studenten der Sportwissenschaft, ein Dozent der Sportwissenschaften, eine Sportwissenschaftlerin sowie der Verfasser ein Modulbaukastensystem. Mit diesem System lassen sich unterschiedliche Seminarformen zur Förderung der Teamfähigkeit bilden. Durch diese Maßnahmen stellte sich die Frage, welche weiteren Möglichkeiten der Sport im weiteren Sinne bietet, Unternehmen in ihrer Personalentwicklung zu unterstützen, und ob die Wirtschaftsunternehmen diese sportbezogenen Angebote nutzen würden. In dem folgenden Unterkapitel soll die Notwendigkeit der Untersuchung sowie das Ziel der Untersuchung geklärt werden. Weiterhin ist es erforderlich, zentrale Begriffe der Arbeit zu erläutern. Anschließend soll ein Überblick der Arbeit erfolgen.
