Mudah cerita, tip yang disampaikan di dalam ini bukan sekadar teori dan fakta semata, sebaliknya ia juga hasil daripada pengalaman penulis sendiri yang pernah berada di situasi obesiti dan memahami psikologi orang obesiti. Naskhah ini akan membantu pembaca menurunkan berat badan secara sihat, santai dan tiada tekanan. Semestinya tidak ada unsur-unsur perniagaan ubat-ubat kurus atau sebarang suplemen ketika para pembaca membaca naskhah ini kerana penulis sendiri kurus dengan cara sihat dan semula jadi. Ada sedikit unsur jenaka, serius, motivasi dan juga beberapa tip diet yang beliau sendiri amalkan untuk anda pula melakukannya. Saya percaya penulisan beliau amat dekat di hati para pembaca terutama mereka yang sedang mencari rentak semangat untuk berdiet atau yang sudah lama nak berdiet tapi asyik tak menjadi kerana beliau juga pernah berada di tempat anda satu ketika dahulu.
