A segunda edição da obra “Direito, Economia e Sociedade” está carregada de acuidade acadêmica e de primazia. Convém realçar que os temas debatidos ao longo dessa segunda edição são atuais e refletem os dilemas enfrentados pela nossa sociedade. The private enforcement of competition law through damages actions and/or injunctions before ordinary courts of justice is currently the preferred system in the United States.
