A obra A isenção fiscal como política cultural para as entidades tradicionalistas gaúchas trilha caminhos acerca do direito e da cultura, expondo ao olhar do leitor as preocupações cotidianas com as manifestações culturais, mediante a análise dos direitos culturais, do direito tributário e das vivências das entidades tradicionalistas. Trata-se de um texto que procura analisar as nuances dos direitos da cultura no Brasil, mas também uma contemplação teórica do restrito direito tributário brasileiro. Assim, por meio dessas óticas, o livro traz as políticas culturais sob uma performance tributária, desenvolvendo-se o critério de uma isenção fiscal como política pública cultural.
