Nothing had been done in reference to the Common Service Book; nor in reference to the Relation of Confirmation to Adult Baptism; and no report in reference to a form for the call of a pastor; or the inquiry concerning the introduction and use of the German Church Book. A committee was appointed, charged with the duty of determining whether the publications owned by the Council could be managed with greater profit to its financial interests. 15.
