Foreword: “Through this publication, i mainly present in a photographic form and process my dossiers relative to the fraudulent crossing of the state frontier from the time of the Ceauşescu regime of the romanian national communism, namely between 1986 and 1989, in the measure and forms in which i could procure them from the respective judiciaries. The documentary-historical value of the documents is twofold. In the relation of the Ceauşescu regime, they partly mirror the lawful and unlawful activity of the authorities competent in the causes of fraudulent crossing of the state frontier, namely the frontier guards, militia, prosecution and the judiciary.
