Karena kesempatan itu tidak akan datang untuk kedua kalinya. Ajaran dan arahan sang Mentor ketika posisi Renata masih sebagai Operator packing hingga menjadi Kepala Logistik. Semuanya itu di lalui proses demi proses. Hal yang tak berhubungan dengan logistik harus di emban menjadi salah satu tanggung jawab. Tanggung jawab itu menjadi seoarang Personalia sekaligus kepala logistik. Kata yang selalu diambil. “Wow. Menarik dan semakin Antusias.” Kata-kata yang menjadi penguat. Kata-kata ini menjadi jawaban setiap kali di sapa dalam briefing dengan tim maupun atasan. Tak sedikit rekannya menyinggung jabatan double nya. Rekan – rekannya sering menyinggung, “dua job berarti gajinya double donk.” Ungkapan ataupun singgungan sama sekali bukan membuat dia menyerah. Dalam hal ini Renata mengambil nilai kepercayaan. Perusahaan memberikan Job lebih sebagai tanda kepercayaan besar bahwa ia mampu melakukannya. Kesempatan ini juga berguna menambah pengalaman Renata di bidang kepersonaliaan. Semua tugas pun tuntas. Meski di awalin dengan pulang kerja sampai Pukul 20.00 wib kurun 2 bulan. Ada hal yang paling dia terapkan dalam hidupnya. “Seekor ikan dilaut tidak akan pernah terasa asin ketika dia berada di penjaringan dan ikan itu pun masih harus digarami untuk menambah rasa gurih. Artinya memiliki pribadi yang harus punya prinsip dan tidak akan pernah terkondisikan oleh lingkungan dimanapun berada. Dan pribadi kita lah yang harus mengubah lingkungan yang ada.” Kutipan bacaan dari salah satu buku.” Kemudian di aplikasi kan. Dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain. Renata tetap menjadi pribadi yang kuat, memberikan sesuatu yang berbeda di tempat yang berbeda. Medan – Jakarta – Bandung – Desa Kedung Reja kab.Cilacap menjadi salah satu tempat menarik baginya. “Jadilah seperti Ikan dilaut yang tak kan pernah asin meskipun tempat tinggalnya atau air laut asin.” Statemen ini pun perlahan di aplikasikan dalam daerah yang menjadi tempat untuk belajar tentang nilai kehidupan. Dengan Misi MEMBANGUN KUALITAS ANAK BANGSA MELALUI DUNIA USAHA. Tantangan untuk tinggal di desa menjadi pilihan tepat menjalan kan misi Perusahaan dan mengena dalam pribadinya. Para mentor yang luar biasa menjadi ingatan dalam kata. “Doremi si Mentor.”
