Le droit international privé constitue une matière complexe. Cela justifie que, dans la partie générale, la technique conflictuelle soit analysée en profondeur, avec de nombreux emprunts au droit comparé, afin de faciliter l’accès aux règles spéciales du droit belge pour l’étudiant ou pour le professionnel du droit.
