Seorang ecopreneur melihat lingkungan sebagai sesuatu yang harus dilestarikan dan dijaga. Jadi, ecopreneur yaitu wirausaha yang peduli terhadap masalah lingkungan dan kelestarian lingkungan. Maka dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, mereka juga selalu memperhatikan daya dukung lingkungan dan berusaha meminimalisirkan dampak dari hasil kegiatannya terhadap lingkungan.
