Como pano de fundo, estão as diferentes fases da história da radiodifusão brasileira, com suas rupturas e continuidades. Patrícia Coelho revela como esse projeto de radioeducação foi fruto de uma intensa luta de homens que buscavam saídas para preservar a finalidade educacional do rádio, conjugando preceitos educacionais ao formato dinâmico das atrações comerciais.
