Il volume inaugura la collana editoriale “Quaderni del Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione” presentando il contributo di ricerca interdisciplinare e multifocale degli assegnisti del Dipartimento. Il progetto nasce dall’interesse di voler condividere con la comunità scientifica gli esiti delle numerose piste di indagine su cui gli assegnisti, guidati dai docenti tutor, sono impegnati. Il volume si configura come lavoro collettaneo che si compone di 15 saggi in cui gli autori e le autrici presentano il proprio contributo, in un’articolazione multidisciplinare, assumendo sia prospettive storico-teoriche sia empiriche nel campo pedagogico, didattico, psicologico, sociologico, antropologico, filosofico, storico, linguistico, artistico-espressivo e giuridico. La poliedricità dei contributi spazia quindi abbracciando i diversi ambiti del sapere che concorrono ad arricchire le scienze dell’educazione, rispecchiando la complessità della realtà educativa. Le ricerche rispondono ai problemi che nascono nei contesti formali, non formali e informali e concorrono a riflettere sull’importanza dell’educazione nel formare cittadini attivi, maturi e consapevoli.

Il presente lavoro raccoglie in due tomi i numerosi contributi presentati nell’ambito della Giornata della ricerca 2021, come nel quadro delle attività 2022, del Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione dell’Università Roma Tre. I saggi contenuti nei due volumi rappresentano un’occasione di riflessione e di ricerca su temi, progetti, percorsi ed esiti, realizzazioni individuali o lavori di gruppo che si muovono in un arco tematico che va dai processi educativi e formativi - con l’analisi di dispositivi, la valutazione degli apprendimenti e delle competenze - fino a dimensioni ed ambiti storico-sociali; assumendo come linee di orientamento e sviluppo i concetti di inclusione, mutamento e accoglienza; quindi dedicando attenzione specifica alle sperimentazioni metodologiche. In tempi di tumultuosa tecnologizzazione delle pratiche formative, può essere utile, rammentare il valore di una totalità educativa che si dispiega sempre mediante l’approccio multisciplinare e il confronto tra diversi saperi, allo scopo di ricercare e attualizzare alcune categorie teorico-pratiche che hanno alimentato la discorsività pedagogica, senza ignorare la necessità di proporre una riflessione che sappia tradursi in efficaci strumenti dell’agire educativo, certamente indispensabili nel mondo contemporaneo. Dalle ricerche sulla progettazione, sui training e sulla leadership alla valorizzazione delle competenze, anche mediante l’ePortfolio in prospettiva lifelong, lifewide, lifedeep learning; dalla storia dell’infanzia al valore pedagogico della musica; dal ruolo degli operatori nelle pratiche di intervento sociale per richiedenti asilo e rifugiati alla prosocialità; dai Serious games all’apprendimento delle lingue straniere; dal concept della learning city al Servizio Tutorato per studenti con disabilita’ e con DSA, il lavoro nell’insieme costituisce la terza realizzazione di un percorso virtuoso che, aldilà della messa a sistema dell’accountability dipartimentale, vuole testimoniare la vitalità e la ricchezza di approcci della ricerca.

Il volume intende riflettere sulle finalità pedagogiche del corso di formazione per il conseguimento della specializzazione per le attività di sostegno didattico agli alunni con disabilità. In proposito, al suo interno vengono anche presentati alcuni risultati emersi da ricerche condotte nell’ambito degli ultimi cicli del corso. Mediante contributi teorici e di ricerca le autrici e l’autore desiderano ragionare sulle strategie didattiche essenziali per lavorare come insegnante di sostegno e sul ruolo che il percorso formativo del corso riveste sul futuro professionale di quanti e quante lo intraprendono. A riguardo, il tirocinio (diretto e indiretto) previsto dal Decreto Ministeriale 30 settembre 2011 che ha definito i criteri e le modalità per lo svolgimento dei corsi di formazione per il conseguimento della specializzazione per le attività di sostegno gioca un ruolo decisivo in quanto i corsisti e le corsiste hanno modo di confrontarsi con docenti esperti/e sulle competenze metodologiche necessarie e sui modelli culturali che animano le istituzioni scolastiche. In tal senso, il corso di formazione per il conseguimento della specializzazione per le attività di sostegno diviene anche occasione per ripensare il background degli specializzandi e delle specializzande i/le quali talvolta faticano ad abbandonare atteggiamenti pregiudizievoli e stereotipati circa la disabilità, il genere femminile e la provenienza da un Paese diverso dal proprio.
