Develop your front-end expertise and build scalable, enterprise-ready web applications by efficiently using the Angular framework's powerful features and essential libraries Key Features Implement design patterns and Nx for optimal maintainability and scalability of your code base Explore reactive programming and state management using RxJS, Signals, and NgRx Build and test large-scale Angular monorepo applications using Nx, Jest, and Cypress Purchase of the print or Kindle book includes a free PDF eBook Book DescriptionAngular is an open-source, front-end framework used to build web applications using TypeScript. Angular is a component-based framework, which means you build apps by developing and composing reusable components. This framework has all the built-in features needed to develop complex, feature-rich web apps. Written by an Angular specialist working with some of the top companies in the Netherlands, this book teaches you how to harness the full potential of the Angular framework. You’ll explore different front-end architecture designs and set up a scalable environment for Angular applications and libraries using Nx, before taking a deep dive into the framework's newest and most powerful features. Next, you’ll learn to manipulate the Document Object Model (DOM) with Angular directives, pipes, and animations, and build reusable components like a pro. The book spotlights best practices and flags potential pitfalls at every step of the way. You’ll also learn design patterns that fit well when using the Angular framework, reactive programming with RxJS and Angular signals, and how to manage application states effectively. The book teaches you about accessibility, testing, and optimizing your app for deployment. By the end of this book, you’ll be able to use Angular effectively to build enterprise-ready, scalable front-end applications. What you will learn Create Nx monorepos ready to handle hundreds of Angular applications Reduce complexity in Angular with the standalone API, inject function, control flow, and Signals Effectively manage application state using Signals, RxJS, and NgRx Build dynamic components with projection, TemplateRef, and defer blocks Perform end-to-end and unit testing in Angular with Cypress and Jest Optimize Angular performance, prevent bad practices, and automate deployments Who this book is for If you are a front-end engineer ready to level up your Angular skills, then this book is for you. This book will help you learn how to build applications of any scale by utilizing the powerful features of the Angular framework. Basic knowledge of the Angular framework will enable you to grasp the concepts explained in this book, including the newest Angular features such as standalone components, Signals, control flow, front-end architecture, building Angular monorepo applications using Nx, reactive programming with RxJS, and managing application state with NgRx.

Fundamentals Of Magnetism written by Mario Reis and has been published by Elsevier this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2013-05-27 with Science categories.

The Fundamentals of Magnetism is a truly unique reference text, that explores the study of magnetism and magnetic behavior with a depth that no other book can provide. It covers the most detailed descriptions of the fundamentals of magnetism providing an emphasis on statistical mechanics which is absolutely critical for understanding magnetic behavior. The books covers the classical areas of basic magnetism, including Landau Theory and magnetic interactions, but features a more concise and easy-to-read style. Perfect for upper-level graduate students and industry researchers, The Fundamentals of Magnetism provides a solid background of fundamentals with clear and in-depth explanations, in comparison to a brief overview before moving into more advanced topics. Many applications directly for the purpose of a deep understanding of magnetism and other non-cooperative phenomena help readers make the transition from theory to application and experimentation effortless. This book is the true 'study' of the fundamentals of magnetism, enabling readers to move into far more advance aspects of magnetism more easily. - Offers accessible, self-contained content without needing to seek other sources on topics like Fermion fas; angular moment algebra, etc - Includes over 60 pages devoted to an in-depth discussion of diamagnetism and paramagnetism, topics usually described in only few pages in other books - Incorporates numerous applications including Molecular Magnets and other non-cooperative phenomena

The Centenary Of A Paper On Slow Viscous Flow By The Physicist H A Lorentz written by H.K. Kuiken and has been published by Springer this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2013-12-20 with Science categories.

This book commemorates the appearance one hundred years ago of a paper on slow viscous flow, written by the physicist and Nobel laureate H.A. Lorentz. Although Lorentz is not remembered by most as a fluid dynamicist - indeed, his fame rests primarily on his contributions to the theory of electrons, electrodynamics and early developments in relativity - his fluid-mechanics paper of 1896 contains many ideas which have remained important in fluid mechanics to this very day. In that short paper he put forward his reciprocal theorem (an integral-equation formulation which is used extensively nowadays in boundary-element calculations) and his reflection theorem. Furthermore, he must be credited with the invention of the stokeslet. The contributors to this book have all made their mark in slow viscous flow. Each of these authors highlights further developments of one of Lorentz's ideas. There are applications in sintering, micropolar fluids, bubbles, locomotion of microorganisms, non-Newtonian fluids, drag calculations, etc. Other contributions are of a more theoretical nature, such as the flow due to an array of stokeslets, the interaction between a drop and a particle, the interaction of a particle and a vortex, the reflection theorem for other geometries, a disk moving along a wall and a higher-order investigation. Lorentz's paper of 1896 is also included in an English translation. An introductory paper puts Lorentz's work in fluid mechanics in a wider perspective. His other great venture in fluid mechanics - his theoretical modelling on the enclosure of the Zuyderzee - is also discussed. The introduction also presents a short description of Lorentz's life and times. It was Albert Einstein who said of Lorentz that he was `...the greatest and noblest man of our time'.
