Im Mittelpunkt steht jedoch die Antwort auf folgende Fragen: warum wurde allgemein die berufstatige Frau und warum speziell in den Jahren nach der Wahrungsreform von 1948 und wahrend der Ara Adenauer diskriminiert, und welcher Strategien bedienten sich dabei jene Gruppierungen und Institutionen, die entweder generell gegen die Frauenarbeit eingestellt waren oder aber die Arbeitskraft der Frau zu ihrem Vorteil auszunutzten versuchten?"
