English summary: The idea of the 'double body' was something that Roman jurists were already familiar with and which found its footing on the premise that between the whole and the sum of its parts there lies a fundamental difference. The relation of unity and diversity has started attracting interest again because nations have begun to hand over considerable amounts of their sovereignty to outlying institutions. The metaphor also applies to political bodies, for example when the talk is of corporations or 'non-state bodies', because new legal orders are constantly emerging within progressive trans-nationalization. But do such partial orders let themselves be understood in terms of unity? The idea of the 'double body' has once again been taken up by the German Historical School within its considerations of the 'structural similarity' of private and public associations, of state and non-state bodies. The result is that its 'politics' have formed an important link in a long chain which reaches from Roman jurisprudence to modern pluralism theories. English summary: The debate regarding the true essence of nature that took place during the earlier part of the modern period is known to have had a great influence on the subsequent development of the natural sciences. One of the main arguments was the dispute about das wahre Kraftmass, the true measurement of force and mass between Leibnizians and Cartesians. Today the dispute is often considered superfluous since force is in itself a metaphysical concept. There are really is no empirical criteria on which to base a mathematical formulation. Chun- Fa Liu believes that the dispute was rooted in the metaphysical theory of nature. Differences of opinion didn't only spring from the evaluation of nature using mathematics, but from the understanding of the concept of force and thus from metaphysical insights into nature in general. Liu argues that Leibniz's insights into nature were much more detailed, meaning metaphysically better defined than those of the Cartesians. This approach makes the controversy not a nonsensical linguistic argument but rather more a dignified, metaphysically profound dispute. Bei der vorliegenden Arbeit handelt es sich um die Übersetzung ins Deutsche und den theologisch-historischen Kommentar einer sehr wichtigen kontrovers-theologischen Schrift des frühen Mittelalters, die "Mystagogie des Hl. Geistes" des Patriarchen Photios von Konstantinopel, die in der Forschung als Flaggschiff der orthodoxen Kritik gegen den Ansatz des Filioque gilt. Bis dato war das Fehlen einer Übersetzung und eines ausführlichen Kommentars dieser zentralen Schrift ein Desiderat für die historisch-dogmatische Forschung. Neben der Mystagogie widmet sich die Studie auch der Analyse dreier der Mystagogie zum Thema Filioque vorausgehenden Schriften: a) Die Enzyklika von 867, b) den Horos der Synode von 879/80 und c) den Brief an den Erzbischof von Aquileia. Damit biete die Studie einen umfassenden Einblick in die Problematik der Frage des Hervorgangs des Hl. Geistes im 9. Jh. Die Studie versucht eine Brücke zwischen West- und Ostkirche zu bauen, indem sie versucht, einem westlich orientierten theologischen Publikum die orthodoxe Position zum Thema des Filioque näher zu bringen und sie eingehend zu erläutern.
