The Latin American Neutrosophic Science Association was created in 2018 as a result of the initiative of a group of university professors from Mexico and Ecuador. The Association has developed an intense work in the investigative context, expression of the capacity that neutrosophy has as a tool for understanding and transformation of reality in social benefit. En el presente trabajo, pretendemos realizar una revisión teórica de estudios nacionales e internacionales existentes en torno al abuso sexual a menores en sus distintas vertientes, desde el abuso intrafamiliar de contexto más restrictivo, al abuso sexual masivo a través de Internet.Los resultados nos indican la gran variabilidad y diferenciación a la hora de afrontar la problemática, la ausencia de una legislación que ampare al menor y de medidas que contribuyan a erradicar dichos abusos, principalmente en lo referente al turismo sexual y pornografía infantiles.Los resultados también nos indican los efectos dañinos ante la violación del derecho del menor, la práctica abusiva de adultos que no reparan en sus prácticas; la ignorancia consciente de una sociedad con sectores enfermizos y la lucha de unos pocos por afrontar esta lucrativa pasión de la cara más oculta del ser humano. Se precisan pues más estudios e investigaciones que aborden esta problemática con mayor rigor científico.
