Hay varias razones por las que he pensado que sería interesante escribir este libro. Primero, debe saber que la tradición criminal rusa tiene características muy excepcionales en comparación con otras tradiciones criminales en el mundo, es altamente dependiente del poder. Y nos acostumbramos tanto a ello, que se mezcló con nuestra vida cotidiana, hasta el punto de que incluso los políticos, al hacer un discurso, usan palabras que pertenecen a cierto ambiente social. Es decir, esta tradición criminal se mezcló de alguna manera con la vida social que se convirtió en un elemento inseparable, pero que no muy comprensible. Por otra parte, la tradición criminal rusa fue clasificada como un secreto en la época de los treintas y cuarentas e incluso se hizo parte del arsenal del servicio secreto del ejército de la URSS. En este libro se puede entender erróneamente el significado del título "Con sus cuchillos". Uno podría pensar que "poner a alguien con cuchillos" (del ruso) significa asesinar a alguien con un cuchillo. Sin embargo, esto no es lo que significa. La etimología de la expresión "Con sus cuchillos" tiene una interpretación y significado especial. Cuando la gente dice "juégate tu última carta", significa que "debes confiar en el destino" (algo así como confiar en la suerte), más cuando se usa la expresión rusa "Con sus cuchillos", significa que se una disputa entre dos hombres se resuelve usando dos cuchillos. Esto último para el ruso significa “pedir a Dios ayuda". Por lo tanto, el significado del título "Con sus cuchillos" en esencia es lo mismo que "jugar la última carta", excepto que, en el primer ejemplo, significa "confiar en el destino o la suerte" y en el segundo, "confiar en Dios". Por esta razón "el uso de dos cuchillos" es considerado como una Justicia Divina. Hablaremos de esto en este y los próximos libros.

La directora de esa institución odiaba tanto a Martha como a su hijo. Pero la directora, cuando Martha murió, el diagnostico que le dieron de su muerte no le agradó. La directora puso al abogado de la institución para que se encargara del caso. Y el abogado rápido actuó, encontrando la verdadera razón y demandando al hospital por una fuerte suma de dinero. Luego la directora, quien era egoísta y ambiciosa, creía que iba a disfrutar de ese dinero. Pero el señor juez puso el dinero en una cuenta del banco para cuando el niño sea mayor de edad. El niño se escapó de la institución a la edad de doce años. Y si ustedes quieren saber todas las demás escenas existentes que ocurrieron en el transcurso del libro tendrán que leer el libro.
