El libro es producto de un trabajo de investigación de cerca de cinco años sobre el campo de la justicia informal en Colombia. Analiza los distintos profanadores del derecho formal y el alcance de estos en el mundo jurídico colombiano. Hace una revisión en la práctica para establecer cómo una autoridad indígena, el Tribunal Superior Indígena del Tolima y los Jueces de Paz y de Reconsideración, ejercen la administración de justicia desde una concepción que no es precisamente la formal jurídica en toda su dimensión, sino que constituye un ejercicio democrático y novedoso de administración de justicia, hecho por operadores distintos al "juez formal" y al exacerbado formalismo, donde sus prácticas informales, culturales y sociales abren una compuerta a maneras no convencionales de abordar, tramitar y resolver conflictos de orden comunitario-comunal o social. Por tanto, la Jurisdicción Especial Indígena y la Jurisdicción Especial de Paz son foco de atención por las particularidades de estas, así como por la implicación sociojurídica que tienen en el actual contexto del país. Se pretende responder, entre otras, preguntas como la siguiente: ¿Constituyen un nuevo derecho las maneras en que los distintos espacios de justicia son utilizados y a la vez producidos por los varios actores sociales en la materialización de la justicia? En últimas, el texto se propone develar las formas actuales de dominación del llamado derecho oficial "sagrado".

The reactive scattering for H- + H2 and H+ + H2 and its isotopologues were investigated using different methods. The studies aimed at providing insights into elementary reactions, and go beyond these to more complexchemical reactions. By comparison of the reaction probabilities of H+ + H2 using adiabatic and non-adiabatic methods, it was found that, at low collision energies, the reaction preferentially occurs adiabatically, but at higher collision energies non-adiabatic effects should be taken into account. For H- + H2 and its isotopologues, we can see that, at low collision energies, the reaction probabilities and reaction cross section using SM-PES and AY-PES are very similar but different from PS-PES. The reaction cross sections investigated with quasi-classical trajectoriesare higher than those calculated with quantum wavepackets. For the collision H- and D- with HD, the main reaction path ways are different with the different collision energies.
