En esta búsqueda de alternativas, la inspiración fundamental se basa en la conciencia de que para recuperar los valores olvidados del bien común es imprescindible que cada cual asuma su responsabilidad ante el prójimo, es decir, que haga valer el principio según el cual el creciemiento de la identidad personal, la maduración del ser humano, está en función de la capacidad de don que consiga expresar en la relación con los demás, empezando por los últimos, por los desheredados. CESARE FRASSINETI, doctor en ciencias económicas y comerciales, ha sido director general para la programación del Sistema de Participaciones Estatales del Ministerio de Economía italiano. Ha colaborado con las revistas Imprenditorialità y Civiltà Post-Industriale. Tras un itinerario crítico de revisión de los procesos de la economía, es Presidente del CIPAX (Centro Interconfesional por la Paz) ONLUS. Colabora en la revista Mosaico di Pace y realiza una intensa actividad de divulgación de temas socio-económicos, vistos desde el lugar de los últimos. Ha publicado La mano visible per una economia della liberazione.
