Diego Santillan en La Gran Enciclopedia Argentina define al churrasco como "carne sin hueso," lo que es correcto, pero luego arruina todo agregando "asada sobre las brasas o cenizas calientes." Como se procede a asar sobre cenizas no es aclarado por el sesudo lexicografo. Sera acaso una forma de preparar la carne netamente nuestra que hemos dejar pasar al olvido?
