Esta obra colectiva es fruto de reflexiones y debates realizados en diciembre de 2020, en la Facultad de Jurisprudencia, entre académicos, profesores, investigadores y funcionarios públicos, con el objetivo de analizar los avances, desafíos y las promesas incumplidas que ha tenido la aplicación de la Constitución Política de 1991, tras treinta años de su expedición.
