The management of elections is increasingly generating impassioned debate in these East African nations - Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. This work aims to promote the concept of reducing the incidence of election irregularities and requiring less intervention by the court or similar disputes resolution mechanisms.
