Plithogenic set is an extension of the crisp set, fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set, and neutrosophic sets, whose elements are characterized by one or more attributes, and each attribute can assume many values. Each attribute has a corresponding degree of appurtenance of the element to the set with respect to the given criteria. In order to obtain a better accuracy and for a more exact exclusion (partial order), a contradiction or dissimilarity degree is defined between each attribute value and the dominant attribute value. In this paper, entropy measures for plithogenic sets have been introduced.

In various decision-making models the divergence measure is found to be a useful information measure in handling impreciseness and uncertainty among the qualitative and quantitative factors of the decision-making process. In the proposed work, a novel parametric divergence measure for neutrosophic sets has been proposed along with its various properties.

Fuzzy Methods For Assessment And Decision Making written by Michael Gr. Voskoglou and has been published by Elsevier this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2024-10-08 with Mathematics categories.

Fuzzy Methods for Assessment and Decision Making presents the assessment of learning and problem-solving skills with qualitative grades. These methods are outcomes of the author's research work on the subject for more than 20 years. In particular, a hybrid assessment model uses the Center of Gravity (COG) defuzzification technique, closed real intervals (grey numbers), neutrosophic sets, and soft sets as tools. The book starts with the basic mathematical background that is needed for an understanding of its contents. The Rectangular Fuzzy Assessment Model (RFAM) of Subbotin and Voskoglou is presented next, the outcomes of which are compared to those of the GPA index. The book presents innovative fuzzy assessment methods, enabling readers to assess the mean and quality performance of learning or problem-solving skills of a group of students when qualitative (linguistic) grades are used for this purpose. In the case of using linguistic grades for the assessment of a group's skills, the classical method of calculating the mean value of the (numerical) grades cannot be applied. Also, no safe conclusions can be obtained on comparing the quality performance of two groups when the values of their GPA index are equal. - Presents innovative, fuzzy assessment methods to enable readers to assess the mean and quality performance of learning - Discusses fuzzy logic and techniques for decision-making in all domains - Includes applications of fuzzy decision-making as a hybrid model using soft sets, grey numbers, and neutrosophic sets

“Neutrosophic Sets and Systems” has been created for publications on advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics that started in 1995 and their applications in any field, such as the neutrosophic structures developed in algebra, geometry, topology, etc. Neutrosophy is a new branch of philosophy that studies the origin, nature, and scope of neutralities, as well as their interactions with different ideational spectra. This theory considers every notion or idea together with its opposite or negation and with their spectrum of neutralities in between them (i.e. notions or ideas supporting neither nor ). The and ideas together are referred to as . Neutrosophy is a generalization of Hegel's dialectics (the last one is based on and only). According to this theory every idea tends to be neutralized and balanced by and ideas - as a state of equilibrium. In a classical way , , are disjoint two by two. But, since in many cases the borders between notions are vague, imprecise, Sorites, it is possible that , , (and of course) have common parts two by two, or even all three of them as well. Neutrosophic Set and Neutrosophic Logic are generalizations of the fuzzy set and respectively fuzzy logic (especially of intuitionistic fuzzy set and respectively intuitionistic fuzzy logic).

The dynamism of our interconnected world demands a collective research effort that transcends traditional boundaries. In response to this pressing need, Neutrosophic and Plithogenic Inventory Models for Applied Mathematics proposes a groundbreaking exploration within the frameworks of neutrosophic and plithogenic theories. This work not only seeks to address the profound impact of artificial intelligence on our lives but also aims to redefine the very foundations of optimization. Embark on a profound journey through the unexplored territories of neutrosophic and plithogenic concepts. Discover the transformative potential of neutrosophic set, logic, probability, and statistics, as well as plithogenic set, logic, probability, and statistics. Explore the synergy between artificial intelligence and responsive optimization, and navigate the intricacies of plithogenic cognitive maps. This work further explores the structural designs within neutrosophic optimization, offering an invaluable resource for scholars seeking to incorporate these advanced concepts into static, dynamic, and probabilistic inventory models and their myriad applications.
