Si l'idéologie houphouétiste de la « femme évoluée » retarde la promotion ministérielle des femmes, la nomination de la première femme ministre en 1976 signifiait à la fois une maturité de cette idéologie et une réponse aux attentes onusiennes sur la promotion du leadership féminin. La crise politique (1993-2011) fait naître de nouvelles figures de femmes ministres, dont certaines changeront d'écuries dans l'intérêt de leurs carrières, ou deviendront candidates à l'élection présidentielle dès 2010. Au bilan, Alassane Ouattara a davantage féminisé les emplois ministériels et promu les rapports de genres. Cet essai contribue aux études féminines, et fait de la féminisation ivoirienne des emplois ministériels un enjeu de démocratisation.

A premier singer and master teacher here tells other singers how to get the most from 151 famous arias selected for their popularity or their greatness from 66 operas, ranging in time and style from Christopher Gluck to Carlisle Floyd, from Mozart to Menotti.
