Some way, tho, one always wants to clap when these two good folks found what they sought. One understands their rejoicing; a sentimental thing, but we understand it because we too arc sentimental. If shepherds impair their power to look after the many by their care of the few, - that indeed might be a matter for the Efficiency-Man. However it would be a nice matter to prove that they do, for good shepherding is useful to the ninety and nine; doubtless there wouldn't be ninety-nine of them if they hadn't a good shepherd.
