Foreword by Laurel Cooper, author of Sell Up and Sail Selling up and escaping to sea on their own boat is a dream that many think they can never make happen. Escape Under Sail is here to show you that it can be done, and for less money that you might think. This book delves to the very heart of what it takes and shows you exactly how you can go from casual cruiser to long-term liveaboard. Escape Under Sail covers all of the crucial topics, including budget and costs, how to choose a boat, making sure crew are equipped and trained, letting go both practically and psychologically, preparation and provisionioning, education and, most importantly, the challenges and rewards of living at sea. The book pays special attention to making the liveaboard dream come true for those with a limited budget, while providing further options for those with the means and desire to spend more and splurge where they like. Written in the voices of both authors, so you can follow their experiences from each of their perspectives, which are sometimes wildly different, this practical handbook is peppered with personal anecdotes and hard-earned wisdom. Light-hearted but informative, it contains all the questions, answers, lists, figures and diagrams you need to make your liveaboard dreams come true.

The follow up to the #1 Best Seller: Get Real Get Gone In 2015, Rick Page wrote an unassuming little book in response to the many people who had seen him on TV and were asking "how do you live like a millionaire on so little money"? The answer was not what many expected. The surprise success of Get Real, Get Gone clearly demonstrated that there was a need for a book that pulled no punches, and did not mind ruffling a few establishment feathers to help the aspiring nautical nomad negotiate the forest of marketing and misinformation that can often surround the idea of budget living and voyaging on a sailboat. Stay Real, Stay Gone is the long awaited follow-up and is full of information and techniques to keep the dream on track. Like the first book, it is not simply a list of useful sailing life hacks, but also a collection of philosophical approaches to help you maintain the dream of a better life afloat through simple, sustainable living. Those who enjoyed the first book will love it. Those who had their feathers ruffled, stand by to be plucked...

**PART ONE in the brand new series from Holly Hepburn, perfect for fans of Cathy Bramley and Katie Fforde** Eve has always lived on Ennisfarne, an idyllic island just off the coast of Northumberland and only accessible when tides are low. There she runs a bar overlooking Darling Cove, a heavenly horseshoe-shaped beach named after her seafaring ancestors, whose links to the Farne Islands stretch back centuries. Logan is a famous photographer desperate to evade the limelight after a difficult break-up. Renting a cottage from Eve, he chooses Ennisfarne in the hope of anonymity but is immediately spellbound by its natural beauty. The pair don’t get off to the best start, butting heads over Eve’s adorable but boisterous Chocolate Labrador. But when Logan's true identity is revealed, Eve realises her new tenant isn’t quite the man she thought he was. Is it too late to start again or will Logan’s island escape be over almost before it’s begun? The brand new novella series from Holly Hepburn, author of Coming Home to Brightwater Bay, will whisk you away to a sublime seaside retreat you’ll never want to leave. Parts two to four are available to pre-order now.
