L’éthique et la médecine sont indissociablement liées. Une approche philosophique de la médecine d’urgence permet de distinguer l’éthique de la médecine d’une éthique pour la médecine ; elle met à nu l’éthique médicale dans son opposition radicale à une éthique taillée de toutes pièces, découpée sur mesure et calquée sur le modèle d’une discipline managériale ou d’une instance juridique.
