Le mémoire présenté comporte deux parties. La première partie présenté une méthode de commande numérique par suréchantillonnage consistant à calculer les paramètres de la commande selon une période d'échantillonnage théorique notée te. Cette commande est remise à jour et appliquée au système contrôlé selon une période d'échantillonnage réelle notée te. Ainsi on réalise une diminution du temps pendant lequel le système contrôlé fonctionne en boucle ouverte. Ce procédé permet d'améliorer les performances de l'asservissement. Une simulation sur ordinateur et une application à la réalisation d'une cave d'axe ont été réalisées. La seconde partie traite de la commande décentralisée de plusieurs sous-systèmes soumis à des perturbations. La méthode de coordination de ces sous-systèmes consiste à mettre les régulateurs locaux en série. Le régulateur ri-1 du sous-système si-1 envoie au régulateur ri la position de si-1 et la commande ui-1. Le régulateur ri utilise ces informations et la fonction de couplage fi pour calculer la commande ui. Un dispositif de diminution des effets de perturbations agissant sur la valeur du vecteur d'état transmise au régulateur suivant est introduit. La méthode de coordination a été simulée sur ordinateur et une application de la coordination en série de deux moteurs a courant continu a été réalisée
