Man könnte vermuten, die Feststellung der Ergebnisse und ihre Darstellung durch Rangordnung und Skalen seien zur Hauptaufgabe der Schule geworden. Schulen konkurrieren miteinander, das Abschneiden der eigenen Schule bzw. des eigenen Landes im nationalen sowie internationalen Vergleich ist wichtig geworden. Daraus lässt sich jedoch die positive Entwicklung fortsetzen, dass sich die Schule nicht damit begnügen darf, Arbeitsergebnisse festzustellen, sondern sie muss Lernprozesse, die sich hinter den Produkten verbergen, sichtbar machen.2 Eine dialogische Form der Lernentwicklung, Leistungsrückmeldung und –bewertung erscheint daher notwendig. Ein Konzept, das sowohl Lernprozesse als auch Arbeitsergebnisse dokumentiert, bedarf einer offenen und dialogischen Lernkultur. Mit dem Portfoliokonzept wird ein Rahmen für wechselseitige Rückmeldungen geboten, so dass inhaltliche Gedanken über Lernen und Leistung transparent werden. Im Rahmen dieser Lernkultur wird die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu lebenslangem Lernen grundgelegt.3 Das komplexe System der KGS Jülich bietet seit Beginn des Schuljahres 2004/05 mit Einführung des „Konzepts der Flex“ – Konzept des jahrgangsübergreifenden Unterrichts in den Klassen 1 und 2 – Raum für die Förderung einer solchen Lernkultur. Leitgedanke dabei ist, allen Kindern mit unterschiedlichen Voraussetzungen gerecht werden zu können. Dazu werden den Kindern entsprechend differenzierte Lernangebote und Methoden des Lernen lernens angeboten. Dieses Konzept ist, orientiert an konstruktivistischen Sichtweisen, geprägt von Selbststeuerung, Lernprozessorientierung und Dialog. Die Kolleginnen, die in der Flex arbeiten, unterrichten abgesehen von Fachunterricht in höheren Klassen in der Eingangsstufe, während Lehrerinnen und Lehrer aus den 3. und 4. Jahrgangsstufen, in denen jahrgangsbezogen unterrichtet wird, in diesen Stufen „verweilen“. Durch meinen selbständigen Unterricht in den Fächern Deutsch und Religion in der Klasse 3d stellte ich fest, dass die oberen Klassen bezüglich Konzepten zur Lernprozessorientierung, Methoden zum Lernen des Lernens verbunden mit einer dialogischen Praxis ausbaufähig erscheinen, hier Handlungsbedarf besteht. Ziel ist es, mit der Einführung eines Portfolios zur Dokumentation von Lernprozessen und Arbeitsergebnissen einen Beitrag zu leisten, aufbauend auf sowie schöpfend aus dem Konzept der Flex-Klassen...
