The first attempts in the history begun with observation of nature, opportunity nature offers as well as needs for human living, then using them and constructing alike objects with attainable materials. Lintel was the first, but corbelling was the second constructional principle: but without enormous big stones (megaliths). Builders used firstly corbelling, then chisel technique, and corbelling again, dome, and compound techniques and today shell, latest is constructional shells. The oldest found constructions were in the caves, they repeat older constructions: lintel and corbelling. Inner and outer shape is not necessarily the same: inside there is construction, outside is frame only, and very rare we can find both in the same shape. Use of solid and long-term constructions was in history close to gods, to kings and to dead. Today is more practical: for everyday's use. Stone shelters today: age is very uncertain, but we can find shelters with documented origin from 1559, but some evidences tell us about use of them thousands years before.
