It is very natural and expected that any professional in any area of specialisation gets some sudden doubt or needs clarification on any issue. More particularly in the area of legal compliance or even while seeking or providing clarification to anyone, including colleagues and superiors. We continue to live in an era of the plethora of labour legislations, that too varied interpretations under judicial pronouncements. And many times, we need fast and quick inputs. And it is our experience that when we get or know the clarifying answer assertively, most problems get solved in a matter of seconds. Whenever I conduct sessions on Labour Laws, I conclude with a set of objective tests to evaluate and or to further clarify the doubts which have shown positive indications. In teaching in Management Schools, MBA, MSW, and Law, the faculty must be equipped with precise answers and even administering tests and evaluations. Now, all of us are aware of the upcoming new Four Labour Codes. Many of us, start asking ourselves, what are the answers in the Four Labour Codes and a comparative clarification? Keeping these in view, I conceived an idea and, after a thought-provoking process, to compile all possible questions and precise answers in respect of all labour legislations as also under the four Labour Codes. I am sure this would help everyone to get a comparative answer and/or clarifications simultaneously. I have been to compile around 600 questions covering 22 labour legislations, including “Management of Discipline “. The answers cover under present labour legislations as well as under Four Labour Codes. I have tried to substantiate the answers based on judicial views/judgements wherever possible. ಮುನ್ನುಡಿ ಆರು ವರುಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಕಾಲೋನಿಯಿಂದ ಉಲ್ಲಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಫ್ಟ್ ಆದಾಗ, ನನಗೆದುರಾದ ಮೊದಲನೇ ಆತಂಕ, ನನ್ನ 4 ವರುಷದ ಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಹುಡುಕುವುದು. ಆಗ ಸಿಕ್ಕವರೇ ಡಾ|| ದಿವ್ಯಶ್ರೀ. ತಮ್ಮ ನಗುಮೊಗ, ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಗುವಿನಂತೆಯೇ ಬೆರೆಯುವ ಅವರ ಗುಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇದೀಗ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಿಗೂ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಇವರು. ಬೇರೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿಸುವಂತೆ ‘ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಹತ್ರ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದು ಚುಚ್ಚಿ ಹಾಕಿಸ್ತೀನಿ’ ಅಂತ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವಂತೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಡಿ ಈಗ್ಲೆ ಹೋಗಣ ಅಂತ ಎದ್ದು ರೆಡಿಯಾಗ್ತಾನೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಮಗುವಿನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಡಾಕ್ಟರಿಗೆ, ಕವಿತೆ ಬರೆಯುವ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇದೆಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದಾಗ, ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನದನ್ನು ಅಷ್ಟು ಸೀರಿಯಸ್ ಆಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಓದಿದವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ಗಂಧವೆಲ್ಲಿ? ಏನೋ ಟೈಮ್ ಪಾಸ್‌ಗೆ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಗೀಚಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂದೇ ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರ ಮೊದಲ ಕವಿತೆಯನ್ನು ಓದಿದಾಗಲೇ ನನ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ತಪ್ಪು ಅನ್ನೋ ಅರಿವಾಯ್ತು. ಅವರು ಬರೀತಾರೆ....(ಕವಿತೆ: ವಿಸ್ಮಯದ ನೆನಪು) ನನ್ನರಮನೆಗೆ ನಾನೇ ಅರಸಿ, ನನ್ನ ಸೆರೆಮನೆಗೆ ನಾನೇ ದಾಸಿ, ನಾನು, ನನ್ನೊಳಗೇ ತುಂಬಿರುವ, ವಿಶ್ವ ನನಗೆಂದೇ ತಂದಿರುವ, ನನ್ನ ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಏರಿಳಿತದ ಅಲೆಗಳನು ಏರಿ ಸಾಗುವ ದೋಣಿಯ ನಾವಿಕ ಅವನಾರೋ. ಓದುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಕನೆಕ್ಟ್ ಆಗುವ ಸಾಲುಗಳಿವು, ಹೌದಲ್ವಾ! ನಾವು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡ ಅರಮನೆಗೆ ನಾವೇ ಅರಸರು, ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೇ ದಾಸರು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಾಗುವ ನೂರೆಂಟು ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ತಾಕಲಾಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣಕರ್ತ ಅವನಾರೋ. ``ಕವಿಯ ಕ್ಷಾಮ” ಕವಿತೆಯಂತೂ, ಕವಿಮನಸಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ಕಾಡದೆ ಇರದು. ನನಗಂತೂ 3 ಡೈಮೆನ್ಷನಲ್ ಮೂವಿ ನೋಡಿದ ಅನುಭವ, ಈ ಕವನ ಓದಿದಾಗ. ಕಾಮನಬಿಲ್ಲನು ಕೈಲಿಡಿದು, ಕಾಗದದಿ, ಕನಸ ಕೂಸ ಕೆತ್ತಿದವನ ಕವಿತೆ ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿಡುವುದು ಕಾಕತಾಳೀಯವೇ? ಎಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಯಾಮಗಳಿವೆ ಈ ಕವಿತೆಗೆ ಎಂದರೆ, ಪ್ರತಿಬಾರಿ ಓದಿದಾಗಲೂ ಬೇರೆಯದೇ ರೀತಿ ಧ್ವನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ``ಬಂಧವೋ ಬಂಧನವೋ’’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಕವಿತೆ, ತನ್ನ ಆದಿಪ್ರಾಸದಿಂದ ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಓದುತ್ತಾ ಹೋದಂತೆ ಬದುಕಿನ ನಾನಾ ಮಜಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ನನ್ನ ಕಾಡಿದ ಸಾಲುಗಳು... `ಬೀಗುವ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯೋ, ಭೋಗದ ಭ್ರಮಣೆಯೋ, ಬುನಾದಿ ಬೀಳದೇ ಬೆಳೆದ ಬದುಕು, ಬೇಕಿದ್ದರೂ ಬೇಡದ, ಬೇಡವೆಂದರೂ ಬಿಡಲಾರದ, ಭಾರದ ಭಾವನೆಯೇ ಬದುಕೇ? ಜೊತೆಗಾರ ನೀನೊಂದು ಮರಿಚಿಕೆ’ ಕವನ ಸಕಲ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅತೃಪ್ತ ಜೀವವೊಂದರ ಆತ್ಮ ಗೀತೆಯಂತಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಒಳಗಿನ ಪ್ರಪಂಚಕೆ ನಂಗಿಲ್ಲ ಅನುಮತಿ ಏಕೆ? ಎಂದು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಬೆರೆತು ಬೆರೆಯದ, ಅರಿತೂ ಅರಿಯದ, ಈ ಬಗೆಯ ಬದುಕನ್ನೂ ಆಸ್ವಾದಿಸುವೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ನಿಲುವು ಇಂದಿನ ಬಹುಪಾಲು ಜನರ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು ಓದಿದಾಗ, ನನಗನ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಈ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಪೇಷಂಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಮೂಲಾಗ್ರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವಂತೆ, ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರಿಗಿನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಒಂದು ಮಗುವಿನ ಕುತೂಹಲದಿಂದ ಸಮಗ್ರವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ಮರುಕ, ಕರುಣೆ, ವಿರಹ, ವೈರಾಗ್ಯ, ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ, ಕನಸು, ಕಣ್ಣೀರು, ಸಮಚಿತ್ತ, ಉತ್ಕಟತೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಈ ಕವಿತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕವನ ಸಂಕಲನಕ್ಕೆ ಮುನ್ನುಡಿ ಬರೆಯುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದಾಗಲೇ ಹೇಳಿದೆ ಅಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ನಾನಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಒಂದು ನೆಪದಿಂದ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಚಂದದ ಕವನಗಳನ್ನು ಓದುವ, ಮನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಾಯ್ತು. ತಮ್ಮ ಬಿಡುವಿರದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಒತ್ತಡದ ನಡುವೆಯೂ, ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬರವಣಿಗೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ದಿವ್ಯಶ್ರೀ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಚ್ಚರಿಯ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಏನೂ ಬರೆಯದೇ ಕೆಲಸದ ನೆಪವೊಡ್ಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿವಿದು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಖಂಡಿತಾ, ಈ ಕವನ ಸಂಕಲನವು, ನನಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯಾದಂತೆ, ಸಕಲರಿಗೂ ಸಲ್ಲಲಿ, ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಪಸರಿಸಲಿ. ಶುಭಾಷಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಕೆ. ನಾಗ್ ಕಿರುತೆರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು
