Las experiencias internacionales y comparadas analizadas nos ayudan sobre lo que debe (o no) hacerse de cara a su eventual regulación y aplicación de sistemas de inteligencia artificial en el ámbito jurisdiccional, así como en el paso anterior, en la implementación de la automatización judicial. Se abunda en cuestiones de configuración procesal en la que se pueden ver implicados ciertos principios fundamentales procesales y se formulan propuestas en las que debiera sustanciarse la regulación de la inteligencia artificial en los órganos jurisdiccionales. En definitiva, se trata del estudio del uso de inteligencia artificial en el ámbito jurisdiccional como consecuencia de la búsqueda de la mejora de la tutela judicial efectiva. La regulación del uso de la inteligencia artificial en el sistema judicial se va a convertir en uno de los principales retos a los que deberá enfrentarse la Administración de Justicia.
