Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is the technique of selecting the best alternative from multiple alternatives and multiple conditions. The technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) is a crucial practical technique for ranking and selecting different options by using a distance measure. In this article, we protract the fuzzy TOPSIS technique to neutrosophic fuzzy TOPSIS, and prove the accuracy of the method by explaining the MCDM problem with single-value neutrosophic information, and use the method for supplier selection in the production industry. The aim of the paper is to find most optimistic results from among uncertain information or vague data. We theoretically use the notion of neutrosophic cubic sets to create enhanced decision-making models for multi-criteria. The advantage of neutrosophic cubic sets is that it comprehends the knowledge of neutrosophic sets and interval valued neutrosophic sets. Aggregation operators are used to retrieve the core information from a collection of data. So, this research executes aggregation operators for neutrosophic cubic sets dynamically. In this paper we avail the aid of hamy mean and dombi operations to establish fuzzy dombi hamy mean aggregation operators for neutrosophic cubic sets. This paper also explains the algebraic sum and scalar multiplication operations. A decision making methodology has been generated to prove the necessity of the proposed operators. Finally an illustration is provided from a real life decision making situation.

Decision making is a continuous and necessary part of the management of any organization or business activity. By solving the uncertain multi criteria decision making problems we can choose more reliably from the incomplete and complex information in real life dynamic from the decision makers. In this work, we discussed the PROMETHEE-II(Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation) for dealing with the Multi Criteria Decision Making problems with Single Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Fuzzy Set in which the multiple alternatives are implemented by the decision makers with respect to the related criteria and the weights are completely unknown. Besides, the criteria weights are estimated based on the pairwise comparison of the criteria. By applying the PROMETHEE-II method, we get a partial and complete ranking order of the alternatives.

The aim of this paper is to introduce some new operators for aggregating single-valued neutrosophic (SVN) information and to apply them to solve the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems. Single-valued neutrosophic set, as an extension and generalization of an intuitionistic fuzzy set, is a powerful tool to describe the fuzziness and uncertainty, and Muirhead mean (MM) is a well-known aggregation operator which can consider interrelationships among any number of arguments assigned by a variable vector. In order to make full use of the advantages of both, we introduce two new prioritized MM aggregation operators, such as the SVN prioritized MM (SVNPMM) and SVN prioritized dual MM (SVNPDMM) under SVN set environment. In addition, some properties of these new aggregation operators are investigated and some special cases are discussed. Furthermore, we propose a new method based on these operators for solving the MCDM problems. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to testify the efficiency and superiority of the proposed method by comparing it with the existing method.

As a variation of fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets have been developed to represent uncertain, imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent information that exists in the real world. Simplified neutrosophic sets (SNSs) have been proposed for the main purpose of addressing issues with a set of specific numbers. However, there are certain problems regarding the existing operations of SNSs, as well as their aggregation operators and the comparison methods. Therefore, this paper defines the novel operations of simplified neutrosophic numbers (SNNs) and develops a comparison method based on the related research of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. On the basis of these operations and the comparison method, some SNN aggregation operators are proposed. Additionally, an approach for multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems is explored by applying these aggregation operators. Finally, an example to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method is provided and a comparison with some other methods is made.
