I am interested in how the physics of social relations works, how technologies function, what truly constitutes our experience, and what is merely a hypothesis. I understand that in this world, nothing exists contrary to the laws of physics—whether in our physiology, in technology, or in social relations. Ultimately, everything boiled down to formalization—the only formal science: mathematics. I searched for answers in textbooks, but I found them in reality, or rather, in the formalization of subjective reality — in what we are accustomed to calling mathematics. However, the answers only aligned when explicit cognitive biases were eliminated from mathematics, revealing the picture that each of us inherently sees, until naivety and trust lead us to believe in someone’s deliberate or accidental lies. Other people not only create what you use in life — they are the source of your perception and will remain so. They are the most valuable thing you have, just as you are unique and invaluable to others, until lies rob you of reason. Not utilizing the cognitive potential of everyone is an unforgivable waste. The world is beautiful, but it is predictable only to the extent that your knowledge allows. The world may seem bleak if you have not yet learned to use it in a way that yields expected results rather than failures. We must learn to use, without errors, what is physiologically a necessary part of our lives — communication. To my surprise, eliminating cognitive errors from mathematics not only changes perception but also solves a vast number of modern technological problems and harmonizes our coexistence with technology.

This work reviewed a model of biological system with receptor perception, cognitive resources and subordinated system, changeable in terms of its form and structure. It contains analysis of information, available for biological system, and estimates the result of information processing and actions, taken up on that basis. Our conclusions suggest a strong need to: • explanation of human language and forms of communication, • adding a new section of “primary modeling” in mathematics and existing formal sciences for achieving correct results, • changeover in business activity along the lines of “rules of a safe scientific experiment”, • minimization of social influence from persons, using cognitive distortions in their practical activity, help in gaining the correct knowledge and amending cognitive mistakes. This work is meant for obtaining practical skills in correct use of formal semantic representation in thinking and communications, which allow to harmonize social processes with technological development. For that purpose we take it into research the informational processes, underlying the foundations of gaining practical skills, defined by overall physiology of organisms with neural systems, able to collect information from receptor system and exert influence on physiology of any given organism. This material is founded on formalization, used in organic physiology. It describes the formal content, used by neural system and representing models with the formal method, applicable to these models.

Practical Statistics for Educators, Seventh Edition, is a clear and easy-to follow book written specifically for education students in introductory statistics and action research courses. It is also an invaluable resource and guidebook for educational practitioners who wish to study their own settings and for those involved in program evaluation. The book’s focus is on essential concepts in educational statistics, understanding when to use various statistical tests, and learning how to interpret results. This book introduces education students and practitioners to the use of parametric and nonparametric statistics in education, and basic concepts in statistics are explained in clear language. Formulas and equations are used sparingly, and readers are not required to do any computations. The book also includes a discussion of testing, test score interpretation, reliability, and validity. A chapter on survey design and analysis provides readers with examples that demonstrate how the different statistical tests introduced in the book can be used to analyze survey data. An extensive study guide at the end of the book provides an opportunity to review all the information that was presented in the book; the guide includes an answer key with a clear explanation of each correct answer. Throughout this text, examples taken from the field of education serve to illustrate the various concepts, terms, statistical tests, and data interpretations.

Contemporary Rationalist Islam In Turkey written by Gokhan Bacik and has been published by Bloomsbury Publishing this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2021-07-29 with Religion categories.
Nineteenth-century Istanbul was an intellectual hub of rich discussions about Islam, in which leading reformists had a significant role. Turkey today appears to be an intellectual vacuum to anyone searching for ongoing critical engagement with Islam. The main purpose of this book is to adjust this view of Turkey by showcasing the modern Turkish theologians who challenge mainstream Sunni interpretations of Islam. Labelling these theologians as 'rationalist' rather than 'reformist', the author reveals that their theology is inherently anti-establishment and thus a religiously-oriented challenge to the hegemony of the state-sanctioned Islam: for the rationalists, Turkey's problems have their origins in the Sunni interpretation of Islam. Contemporary Rationalist Islam in Turkey analyses nine prominent scholars of Islam who provide a religious opposition to the Sunni revival in Turkey: Hüseyin Atay, Yasar Nuri Öztürk, M. Hayri Kirbasoglu, Ilhami Güler, R. Ihsan Eliaçik, Ömer Özsoy, Mustafa Öztürk, Israfil Balci, and Mehmet Azimli. These scholars' writings are almost exclusively published in Turkish, so this book makes their ideas available in English for the first time. It also examines the scope, methodology and argumentation of the scholars' theology, categorizing their theological interpretations from 'historicist' to 'universalist' and from 'empiricist' to 'rationalist'. In identifying a new 'rationalist' school of Turkish theology and outlining its different manifestations, the book breaks new ground. It fills a significant gap in the literature on Islamic studies and reveals an understudied dimension of Turkey and Turkish Islam beyond the well-known ideas of the AKP and the Gulenists.

The non-Newtonian calculi provide a wide variety of mathematical tools for use in science, engineering, and mathematics. They appear to have considerable potential for use as alternatives to the classical calculus of Newton and Leibniz. It may well be that these calculi can be used to define new concepts, to yield new or simpler laws, or to formulate or solve problems.

This edited volume examines power in its different dimensions in global governance. Scholars tend to underestimate the importance of power in international relations because of a failure to see its multiple forms. To expand the conceptual aperture, this book presents and employs a taxonomy that alerts scholars to the different kinds of power that are present in world politics. A team of international scholars demonstrate how these different forms connect and intersect in global governance in a range of different issue areas. Bringing together a variety of theoretical perspectives, this volume invites scholars to reconsider their conceptualization of power in world politics and how such a move can enliven and enrich their understanding of global governance.
