Auf welche Weise wird diesem Bild von Sch”nheit nachgekommen? Zweifelsohne spielen Ern„hrungsstile hierbei eine besondere Rolle. Die Nahrungsaufnahme verfolgt also neben der Grundversorgung zus„tzliche Zwecke. Eine andere Funktion ist die Differenzierung gesellschaftlicher Gruppen voneinander. Abgrenzungen zwischen sozialen Schichten finden sich noch in zahlreichen weiteren Aspekten wieder, so auch im Gebiet des Aussehens. Aufbauend auf die herausgearbeiteten dynamischen Beziehungen zwischen diesen drei Aspekten - Sch”nheit, Ern„hrung und soziale Schicht - wird in dieser Studie unterstellt, dass zwischen ihnen weitergehend eine triadische Verbindung besteht. This book presents the current state of the art in Social Ecology as practiced by the Vienna School of Social Ecology, globally one of the main research groups in this field.
