If you're looking for a comprehensive and challenging study on Christian Stewardship you will find that here. Be prepared for some challenging questions but more importantly, be prepared for this study to change your life. Jesus said we will serve one of two masters: God or Money. It is our prayer that this study will, -Challenge you to be honest about which master you're serving -Help you discover what it means to follow Jesus and what He expects from His followers -Help you understand how your financial stewardship is a part of God's Master plan -Challenge you to evaluate the mission effort of your local church, and -Ensure that your church (no matter its size or location) really matters! Coming to understand that stewardship is an adventure that involves risk, we'll end this study by looking at both how to develop risk takers in our families and churches and at the incredible blessings promised to those who are faithful (and risky) stewards. Betsy Arkema is the 2nd daughter of Wendell and Ruth Van Gunst. She lives in New Era with her husband, Paul, one of the 3rd generation owners of Country Dairy. Together they have 3 children. Betsy is a high school math teacher by education but spends her time working at Country Dairy, taking care of her family and volunteering at her church where she helps plan and write worship services. She has grown up with her dad's passion for the church and for mission work. It has been an honor to partner with him on this project. Wendell Van Gunst is a retired farmer and business owner. He began Country Dairy, a milk, cheese & ice cream bottling facility on his family farm in 1985. He began Gulu Country Dairy Research Farm and Training School in Gulu, Uganda in 2013. He still lives with his wife, Ruth, on the family farm in New Era, MI. Together they have been blessed with 4 daughters, 3 sons-in-law and 17 grandchildren. His passions are God & the church, cows and his family.

Christians In An Age Of Wealth written by Craig L. Blomberg and has been published by Zondervan Academic this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2013-11-26 with Religion categories.

In this book, Craig Blomberg addresses the tough questions about the place and purpose of wealth and material possessions in a Christian’s life. He points to the goodness of wealth, as God originally designed it, but also surveys the Bible’s many warnings against making an idol out of money. So are material possessions a blessing for which we should long? And what are the dangers that the use or abuse of material possessions can produce? Blomberg expounds upon how the sharing of goods and possessions is the key safeguard against both greed and covetousness. He expands on the concept of giving generously, even sacrificially, to those who are needier, demonstrating how Christians can participate in God’s original good design for abundance and demonstrate the world-altering gospel of Christ. Is there any one key to keeping possessions in their proper, God-intended perspective? Are there limits on how rich we should become or on how poor we should allow others to get? What does a truly Christian economic system look like? How does the Bible’s teaching on wealth fit into the gospel?

A Biblical Perspective On Tithing Giving A Believer S Stewardship Guide written by Rich Brott and has been published by Rich Brott this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2008 with Religion categories.

According to author Rich Brott, nothing happens in the economy of God until you give something away. It is a universal law of God. Giving is the trigger for God's financial miracles. When you give to the Kingdom of God, it will be given back to you. We must do so in complete confidence that our God will not only meet our needs, but allow us to have plenty left over so that we can joyfully share it with others. When it comes to personal possessions, money and wealth, you cannot take it with you but you CAN send it on ahead. Bottom line is this: what you keep, you will lose, but what you give away, you will gain. When you become a faithful tither and a generous giver you become an individual whom God can bless.
