In a society wherin Christian belief is less significant to an increasing number of people, believers are forced to account for the things they believe. Hence apologetics will be of increasing importance for both the church and the individual believer. Verantwoord geloof offers a sample card of Christian apologetics. It does not limit itself to one method or to a specific denomination. The members of the editorial board are professors in apologetics. Henk Bakker at the Baptist Seminary at VU Amsterdam, Maarten Kater at Theological University Apeldoorn and Wim van Vlastuin at the Hersteld Hervormd Seminary at VU Amsterdam. Contributors come from various denominations, universities and disciplines.
