After many years of industrial experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, serving as a Quality Assurance Officer and Production Officer, I felt compelled to share my insights. Throughout my career in various manufacturing companies, I witnessed a series of mishaps, accidents, injuries, near misses, fires, and other incidents that underscored a critical issue.
