What's left (and there's plenty) is covered in three volumes comprising reprints of 89 articles dating from 1950 through 1999. Sattinger (economics, SUNY- Albany) introduces the material in each volume and concludes with a section on what is missing in the income distribution literature. Volume 1 contains papers on the problems of measurement and description. Volume 2 deals with determinants of an individual's income and factors influencing the entire distribution.
