Healing Reminders This is a collection of reminders for health, healing and well-being. They offer some clues to our natural state of wholeness. We seek external solutions for the problems we blame on external causes. Stress is the cause of a diminished immune system. When we allow more tension, stress and uncertainty than we can easily accommodate, our defenses break down. When stress goes up, brain integration (the ability to think creatively and analytically) becomes impaired. When we have too much stress and our ability to respond easily with our natural reserves of energy and consciousness, we challenge our natural immunity. When we are vigilant for an extended period of time, it takes a toll on our overall physical and mental health. We may use quick fixes, prescriptions and even prayer to temporarily handle our stressful lives. How would our health be, if we seek only peace and harmony? How would our health be, if we choose what really inspires us? How would our health be, if we only have duties we can manage? How would our health be, if we live within our means? How would our health be, if we seek happiness within? When we are at peace, we make healthy decisions. When we are stressed or fearful, we have decreased ability to think both positively and practically. I recommend finding inner peace first. I suggest finding a place and time, a person and/or method of returning to a state of peace, love and gratitude. In our natural state of inner peace, our resources, guidance, clarity, vision, direction and focus are all available. We can be healthy in all ways, mentally, physically and spiritually.

Go on an epic scientific and spiritual journey exploring how the human body has the incredible ability to heal itself. Translated into twenty-two languages, this bestselling book is filled with empowering knowledge perfect for fans of Deepak Chopra and Anita Moorjani. Often when we receive a diagnosis from a medical professional, we can become so overwhelmed with fear or stress that we give up authority over our own health and well-being. But the truth is, we do have control over our physical health, and that core belief is what can open our minds to create an amazing mind-body connection that will awaken the healing potential in us all, to heal our bodies ourselves. Based on the groundbreaking documentary of the same name, Heal follows two people on their healing journeys, while combining science-backed research and real-world testimonials from experts like Marianne Williamson, Bruce Lipton, Deepak Chopra, Bernie Siegel, Anita Moorjani, Kelly Brogan, and many others, to offer hope and alternative treatments for the many people suffering from a variety of chronic illnesses. By identifying the emotional roots of illnesses, we can tap into the body’s revitalizing powers and discover that although healing can be complex and deeply personal, it can also happen spontaneously. Heal shows us that science and spirituality are united and demonstrates that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions have a huge impact on our overall health and the ability to recover from illness and injury.

Co Dependence Healing The Human Condition written by Charles Whitfield and has been published by Simon and Schuster this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2010-01-01 with Self-Help categories.

Of all the books on the often misunderstood concept of co-dependence, this is probably the clearest, most complete and informative. Charles Whitfield is a frontline clinician who has been assisting co-dependents in their healing for over twenty years. He has researched the literature on co-dependence, which he summarizes in this widely read book. He sees co-dependence as a way to more accurately describe the painful and confusing part of the human condition. In careful detail he describes just what co-dependence is and what it is not, how it comes about, and how to heal its painful aftereffects.
