O livro “Exercício Intermitente: Estado da arte e aplicações práticas”, fruto do trabalho desenvolvido no interior da disciplina “Pesquisa em Exercício Físico Intermitente” do programa de pós-graduação em Educação Física da Escola Superior de Educação Física da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (ESEF/UFPel), visa ocupar lacuna na literatura técnica-científica nacional a respeito da temática.
