We all need hope, yet we do not really understand what the origin of this craving may be nor the ramifications of its completion. After the Fall of Man, something was missing and resulted in our separation from God. Quantum hope reconnects us through of faith in Christ Jesus until that day when we will be fully restored. Quantum Hope is the sequel to Quantum Phaith and prequel to Quantum Love (not yet published). In Quantum Phaith, we learned what faith is defined in Hebrews 11:1: "faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." Quantum Hope examines the biblical hope as the connection between faith and love (1st Corinthians 13:13). Hope is that which we persevere for and the force that binds-an equilibrium. Unlike secular hope, quantum hope encompasses several ideas and is measurable. We will see that quantum hope is not only a character trait and a promise laid up in heaven, but also a Person: Christ.

On The Spectrum written by Daniel Jr. Bowman and has been published by Brazos Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2021-08-10 with Religion categories.

Nearly everyone knows someone on the autism spectrum, whether it's a niece or nephew, a student in their classroom, a coworker, or a sibling, spouse, or child. One in 54 children has autism, according to the CDC, and autism is reported across racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. Yet most of what people think they know about autism is wrong. On the Spectrum debunks myths with a realistic yet hope-filled deep dive into the heart, mind, and life of a Christian. Daniel Bowman, a novelist, poet, and professor, received an autism diagnosis at age thirty-five after experiencing crises in his personal and professional life. The diagnosis shed light on his experience in a new, life-giving way. In this captivating book, Bowman reveals new insights into autism, relationships, faith, and the gift of neurodiversity. Rather than viewing autism as a deficiency, Bowman teaches readers--through stories of his heartbreaks and triumphs--authentic ways to love their neighbors as themselves, including their autistic neighbors who are fearfully and wonderfully, if differently, made.

This true story chronicles a mother's journey of trials and doubts, faith and triumph, through the rocky terrain of her son's life with Asperger syndrome, bipolar disorder, depression, and addiction. The reader has a mom's-eye view of the challenges she and her family face as they navigate through the public school system, private rehab programs, the Texas justice system, and normal life as evangelical Christians with a child who doesn't seem to "fit the mold" of expectation in any given system, let alone in his own mother's idea of what her first son would be like. While frightening and painful at times, this is one mother's story of faith and surrender in the face of insurmountable obstacles and of God's presence and faithfulness over decades of time. This ongoing story is full of victory, but more important than any single outcome is the fruit of peace and joy that was discovered along the way as the author chose to offer up all outcomes to the only One who loves better than a mother, whose signature moves are redemption, healing, and rescue.
