We probably had easy access and for some reason we were given clues and hints for survival. While Darwin may have suggested that man originated from apes, there is no concrete proof of such evolution, and no indication that we didn't start out much like how we are now. Of course, we have adapted to our environment. Minor changes for our survival were necessary, but evolution does not exist, even if today we find perfectly preserved specimens of dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago.
