Love isn’t always shiny. And it isn’t always forever. With the same gentle, hopeful voice that has captivated readers worldwide comes the guide for starting over. Emma Grace’s second book, Untangling, begins at an ending— and ends at a beginning. Untangling is for anyone navigating the beautifully complicated process of untangling the knots our love stories tie into us. Each chapter tackles the sometimes sequential, sometimes parallel stages of healing a heart— from ‘When it all comes Tumbling Down’ to ‘Don’t you Dare Pick up that Phone.’ From ‘I Keep Forgetting I Can’t Call’ to ‘I will Never Love like this Again.’ This is a journey towards self-growth through reflection. Sprinkled with stories from her own journey, Emma will have you laughing. Reflecting. Tearing up. Letting go. But ultimately, feeling whole. Like a conversation with a best friend, Untangling will help you find your balance again. Remind you that you’re not alone in all this. Encourage you to learn from experiences in love instead of just having them. But mostly— how to find the kind of happiness that someone else didn’t make. And a broken heart can never take. Untangling is the book that helps you move forward without going back. That starts at an ending and ends at a beginning. And helps us each find peace with all the things we do, and did, when love was leading us.

These are poems written for the hearts that yearn after God. It all came about one day when God spoke to me and told me I was to write. I followed his instruction and The Guiding Light Christian Poetry book came about, a collection of poems that is a guide and a beacon of light for others to read and enjoy on their spiritual journey. I was never a writer or a poet and that is significant because I did not do it on my own. I did not choose. God chose me and he wanted me to share my experiences and my thoughts to connect with others who may be experiencing the same things and offer wise and nurturing words. Experience the Fathers uplifting encouragement, as these poems are all from my heart and are dedicated to God because he wanted me to communicate my beliefs and glorify him through poetry. He told me I was special and a work of art and I was to fulfill my purpose and my destiny and the sum of my days. You are sure to find a poem to suit your circumstances that will inspire, encourage and give you hope and when you need a reminder of Gods grace.

Prayers For The Living written by Alan Cheuse and has been published by Fig Tree Books this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2015-03-17 with Fiction categories.

Prayers for the Living is a novel both grand in its vision and loving in its familiarity. Presented in a series of conversations between grandmother Minnie Bloch and her companions, Alan Cheuse, National Public Radio commentator on All Things Considered, unfolds a layered family portrait of three generations of the Bloch family, whose members are collapsing under everyday burdens and brutal betrayals. Her son Manny is a renowned, almost legendary rabbi. Respected by his congregants and surrounded by family, no one suspects that he yearns for a life of greater personal glory, but when an oracular bird delivers what Manny believes to be a message from his deceased father, he abandons his congregation in pursuit of a life in business and his entire life spirals out of control. As Manny’s fortunes rise in the corporate realm, he falls deeper into an affair with a congregant, a Holocaust survivor, his wife sinks deeper into alcoholism and depression and his daughter, traumatized by a sexual scandal at college, makes Manny the target of a plot to shatter his newly-found empire. The devoted family matriarch, Minnie, observes and recounts the tragic downfall of her family, unable to save them from themselves.
