Beberapa diantaranya sampai harus melakukan PHK . Digitalisasi UMKM ini merupakan salah satu strategi yang dilakukan oleh UMKM pada masa Pandemi.19 agar UMKM tetap bisa eksisdalam mengakselerasi pengembangan UMKM digital di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital. Pelaku usaha UMKM melakukan inovasi dengan berjualan pada platform digital agar dapat bertahan selama masa pandemidengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada pertanian untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan efisiensi biaya. Tips Digitalisasi UMKM Sederhana : 1) Riset Pasar. Pemilik usaha UMKM perlu melakukan riset pasar terlebih dahulu sebelum mengelola produk. 2) Promosi Brand. 3) Pemasaran Online, 4) Kerjasama UMKM, 5) Pengelolaan Operasional secara Digital. Sedangkan Tujuan dari adanya digitalisasi UMKM adalah untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memudahkan segala aktivitas dan pekerjaan mereka sehari-hari. Tujuan ini memberikan manfaat yang cukup efektif dalam mengoptimalkan banyak hal hingga kita tidak perlu memakan banyak waktu serta usaha untuk mencapai target dari pekerjaan kita. Seperti misalnya saat kita ingin pergi ke suatu tempat yang terkadang belum diketahui rute pastinya, maka dengan adanya digitalisasi ini hadirlah sebuah inovasi dari para pelaku usaha dengan menciptakan berbagai macam aplikasi pencari rute atau aplikasi untuk kita bisa mengakses angkutan umum secara online. Contoh lainnya dari penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan bisnis jual-beli melalui proses digitalisasi adalah adanya kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi antara penjual dengan pembeli yang bisa dilakukan secara singkat. Proses ini mampu menghadirkan berbagai macam aplikasi atau media untuk keperluan proses bisnis seperti marketplace, e-commerce, dan online shop. Dengan begitu masyarakat pun tidak perlu lagi menghabiskan banyak waktu hanya untuk membeli atau menjual sesuatu. Bahkan meskipun kegiatan jual-beli ini melibatkan kedua negara yang berbeda.
