Information communication technologies have become the necessity in everyday life enabling increased level of communication, processing and information exchange to extent that one could not imagine only a decade ago. The BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) are proving the major engine of global growth, being less impacted by the financial crisis than developed economies or able to recover more quickly.
