Le questioni concernono, indicativamente, la natura giuridica del condominio e del supercondominio, l’uso e l’amministrazione delle parti comuni e il diritto di uso esclusivo, la presunzione di condominialità e il titolo contrario, i rapporti con la comunione coniugale, lo svolgimento dell’assemblea e la validità delle delibere, la ripartizione delle spese, le tabelle millesimali, il regolamento di condominio, il cappotto termico, l’impianto di riscaldamento, le immissioni, la tutela dei consumatori, il trattamento dei dati personali, la mediazione obbligatoria nelle controversie condominiali, l’opposizione a decreto ingiuntivo per la riscossione dei contributi, i giudizi di impugnazione delle deliberazioni assembleari, la querela, lo stalking e la videosorveglianza. Sono posti poi in primo piano gli aspetti attinenti alla natura del rapporto di amministrazione, alla nomina dell’amministratore, alle attribuzioni, agli obblighi e alle responsabilità dell’amministratore ed alla sua cessazione dall’incarico.
